VelaPlay Privacy Policy
1. Information We Do Not Collect
VelaPlay does not require an account. The developer does not receive your name, email address, media files, viewing history, device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising data, analytics, crash reports, or usage data through the app. VelaPlay does not include advertising or tracking SDKs.
2. Local Files and Media Library
Files you import, their metadata, thumbnails, playback history, preferences, subtitles, playlists, and playback positions are processed and stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to the developer. Your content leaves the device only when you explicitly use an iOS sharing feature or a network destination you choose.
3. Network Features
When you enable Wi-Fi transfer, VelaPlay temporarily runs a local service so devices on the same local network can send files to your device. You control when this service is active.
If you configure WebDAV, SMB, FTP, SFTP, DLNA, Jellyfin, Emby, Plex, or another supported network source, the app connects directly to the server or device you specify. Server addresses, credentials, requests, and media may therefore be processed by that destination and its network provider under their own policies. These connections are not relayed through the VelaPlay developer. Saved credentials and configuration are kept on your device, with sensitive credentials stored using iOS-provided secure storage where applicable.
4. Secure Vault and Biometrics
Vault content is encrypted and stored locally on your device. Face ID or Touch ID authentication is evaluated by iOS. VelaPlay receives only the authentication result and never receives or stores your biometric data.
5. Third-Party Components
VelaPlay uses open-source components for media playback and network connectivity. They operate as part of the app and are not used by the developer for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete the relevant files or data, reset the app where that option is available, or uninstall VelaPlay. Data stored on a server you choose is controlled by you and that server's operator.
7. Children's Privacy
VelaPlay does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when VelaPlay's features or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this address with a revised date.

VelaPlay 隐私政策
1. 我们不收集的信息
VelaPlay 无需注册账户。开发者不会通过 App 获取你的姓名、邮箱、媒体文件、观看记录、设备标识符、精确位置、通讯录、照片、广告数据、分析数据、崩溃报告或使用数据。App 不包含广告或跟踪 SDK。
2. 本地文件与媒体库
你导入的文件及其元数据、缩略图、播放记录、偏好设置、字幕、播放列表和播放进度均在设备本地处理和保存，不会上传给开发者。只有当你主动使用 iOS 分享功能或自行选择网络目标时，相关内容才会离开设备。
3. 网络功能
启用 Wi-Fi 传输时，VelaPlay 会临时开启本地服务，让同一局域网中的设备向你的设备发送文件。该服务何时开启由你控制。
如果你配置 WebDAV、SMB、FTP、SFTP、DLNA、Jellyfin、Emby、Plex 或其它受支持的网络来源，App 会直接连接你指定的服务器或设备。因此，服务器地址、凭据、请求和媒体可能会由该目标及其网络服务商按照其自身政策处理。这些连接不会经过 VelaPlay 开发者的服务器。保存的配置和凭据保留在设备上；适用时，敏感凭据会使用 iOS 提供的安全存储。
4. 私密文件夹与生物识别
私密文件夹内容经过加密并保存在设备本地。Face ID 或 Touch ID 验证由 iOS 完成，VelaPlay 只会收到验证结果，不会获取或保存你的生物识别数据。
5. 第三方组件
VelaPlay 使用开源组件实现媒体播放和网络连接。这些组件作为 App 的一部分运行，开发者不会利用它们投放广告、进行统计分析或跟踪用户。
6. 保留与删除
本地数据会保留在设备上，直到你删除相关文件或数据、使用 App 提供的重置功能，或者卸载 VelaPlay。你自行选择的服务器上的数据由你和相应服务器运营者管理。
7. 儿童隐私
VelaPlay 不会有意收集儿童或其他任何用户的个人信息。
8. 政策更新
当 VelaPlay 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化时，本政策可能会更新。最新版本及修订日期会持续公布在本页面。
