VelaPlay Support
Email SupportPlease include your device model, iOS version, VelaPlay version, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords, private videos, or other sensitive files.
Importing Files
You can import media and subtitle files from the Files app, AirDrop, the iOS share sheet, Finder, Apple Devices or iTunes File Sharing, and the Wi-Fi transfer page. After importing, check the VelaPlay library and use search or sorting if needed.
Wi-Fi Transfer
Connect both devices to the same trusted Wi-Fi network, open Wi-Fi Transfer in VelaPlay, and enter the displayed address in a browser. Keep VelaPlay open while transferring. Stop the transfer service when finished.
Playback and Compatibility
VelaPlay supports common containers such as MP4, MOV, MKV, and AVI, plus subtitles and multiple audio tracks where available. Actual playback depends on the codecs inside the file and the capabilities of your device. If a file does not play, include its container, video codec, audio codec, and approximate size in your email.
Secure Vault
Vault files are encrypted on your device and can be unlocked with your password and, when enabled, Face ID or Touch ID. Keep your password safe. For privacy and security, support cannot recover a forgotten vault password or decrypt your files.
Network Sources
For WebDAV, SMB, FTP, SFTP, DLNA, Jellyfin, Emby, or Plex issues, first confirm that the server is reachable from the same network and that the address, port, account, and server permissions are correct. Never email your password.

导入文件

Wi-Fi 传输
请将两个设备连接到同一个可信 Wi-Fi 网络，在 VelaPlay 中打开 Wi-Fi 传输，然后在浏览器中输入页面显示的地址。传输期间请保持 VelaPlay 处于打开状态，完成后关闭传输服务。
播放与兼容性
VelaPlay 支持 MP4、MOV、MKV、AVI 等常见封装格式，并可在文件包含相应内容时使用字幕和多音轨。实际播放能力取决于文件内部编码和设备性能。如果文件无法播放，请在邮件中说明封装格式、视频编码、音频编码和大致文件大小。
私密文件夹
私密文件夹中的文件会在设备本地加密，可使用密码以及启用后的 Face ID 或 Touch ID 解锁。请妥善保存密码。出于隐私和安全原因，技术支持无法找回忘记的私密文件夹密码，也无法替你解密文件。
网络来源
如果 WebDAV、SMB、FTP、SFTP、DLNA、Jellyfin、Emby 或 Plex 无法连接，请先确认服务器可从当前网络访问，并检查地址、端口、账户和服务器权限。请勿通过邮件发送密码。
